Glenn’s journey started back in 2000 when he brewed his own beer to save money and deliver better value. Years later, he is bringing that same thinking to spirits - offering a lineup that is clean, consistent, and made to perform.
We offer better-priced, equivalent products procured through the same channels used by your favorite brands. This means you get quality you can trust without paying extra.
Using the same base alcohol as many well-known brands, we provide a better-priced alternative without compromising quality. Fewer harsh alcohols like methanol means fewer hangovers and more happy return customers.

Purity Through Rectification
At Bar Owners Choice, we focus on rectification - a refining process of refining a spirit after distillation to achieve exceptional purity and smoothness. Through careful filtering, blending, or flavoring, we remove impurities and elevate the flavor—it's our way of making sure every pour meets a high standard of quality.
Each batch we use has been distilled five times before it reaches us. We then filter the liquor twice through activated carbon filters to remove impurities and unwanted compounds, resulting in a cleaner, smoother spirit.
