Bar Owner's Choice was founded by longtime bar-owner Glenn Walter with one goal in mind - deliver premium-quality spirits at a price that works for both bar owners and customers.
Glenn’s journey started back in 2000, when he brewed his own beer to save money and deliver better value. Years later, he is bringing that same thinking to spirits - offering a lineup that is clean and consistent - at a more affordable price.
Glenn sources the same base alcohol, procured through the identical channels as many of your favorite brands. He then hand-bottles an almost equivalent product as many best selling brands (at Three Needs), but sells his spirits at a fraction of the cost of others. Promising better value - with no compromise on quality.

Purity Through Rectification
At Bar Owner's Choice, we focus on rectification - a process of refining a spirit after distillation to achieve exceptional purity and smoothness. Through careful filtering, blending, or flavoring, we remove impurities and elevate the flavor. This is our way of making sure every pour meets a high standard of quality.
While the Rum comes from St. Croix, and the Whiskey from Texas, each batch of Grain Neutral Spirit - The Vodka and Gin base - is distilled five times before it arrives in Burlington. We then filter this alcohol twice, through activated carbon filters, to remove impurities and unwanted compounds, resulting in a clean, smooth spirit.

We do not distill ourselves . We carefully refine already premium spirits to raise the bar on quality and consistency while keeping prices fair.
